A confirmation email with details of your booking and travel itinerary will be sent to the email address provided. An additional email and sales receipt will be sent to the email address provided, with information about the pickup and driver. 

You need to print out this confirmation or have access to it on your device, to show to the driver if there is anything different from the instructions he/she has.

You will also receive your Account access Details should you need to change/cancel your booking.
